Successful "winning" bidder must call (713) 234-0450 or (713) 827-1212 within 24 hours of the auction end or sale agreement to verify purchase and make arrangements to complete the transaction. We require a $500 non-Refundable deposit to secure the transaction and the vehicle for up to (5) working business days. Within (5) business days of the end of auction, full payment must be received by an acceptable form of payment. If funds are not received, and an alternate arrangement has not been made, the vehicle can and will be made available to other potential buyers on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Autos-Mobiles accepts Wire Transfers (most secure and fastest), cashiers-checks, certified funds, or verified drafts from known/approved financial institutions. We also accept payment from verified online lenders, and eBay Finance. Please allow 10 days for funds to clear before title work is processed. We do accept E-Checks and Personal checks, but the vehicle will not be delivered until all funds are deposited and have cleared our bank.

Once the vehicle has been delivered to the buyer, his/her authorized representative or the shipping company, we are no longer responsible, period. If upon personal and/or authorized professional inspection of the purchased vehicle, prior to delivery and at our facility only, buyer or his/her authorized representative finds a substantial discrepancy between the published report and actual vehicle, we will either correct the problem, or work out a compromise, or refund all monies paid less the non-refundable deposit.
