It comes with 100% clean certificate of title and clear history report. I have personally driven and inspected this CTS and it runs and drives perfect. There is no mechanical problems known, no leaks, no smoke, no overheating or knocking problems, has amazing performance and tight handling. Transmission shifts all gears smooth and properly, A/C blows cold, all powers work, nice tires with plenty of treads, good brakes, NON-SMOKER and rust free, all powers work. It has been checked and serviced, have NEW oil & filter change!
